John S. Clark Company Inc. of Mount Airy has promoted Greg Marshall to vice president and chief financial officer and Keith Venable to treasurer and controller.

Marshall has been with John S. Clark since 2000, serving in the roles of controller and secretary/treasurer. As CFO, he will supervise all treasury functions, administration, banking relationships, surety lines, financial reporting, risk management, contract negotiations and corporate legal matters.

Venable has served as controller and assistant secretary/treasurer since joining John S. Clark in 2004.

John S. Clark Company is headquartered in Mount Airy. It has offices in Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Wilmington. It is one of the largest general contractors in the Triad.
